Abstract
The Centia™ process is a method for converting vegetable oils or animal fats to transportation fuel. The process can produce a range of fuels, including jet fuel, diesel, or gasoline. Unlike other biofuels such as ethanol or biodiesel, Centia™ fuels are designed to meet the exact specifications of their petroleum counterparts. The process is also designed to take advantage of low-cost, lowquality fuelstocks such as waste vegetable oils and animal fats.
