Abstract
Tunable plasmonic bandgaps were achieved on adiabatically graded grating structures. Light of different wavelengths is "trapped" at different positions along the grating, consistent with computer simulations, thus verifying the intriguing "rainbow" trapping effect. © 2011 IEEE.
