Abstract

Copolymers of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and analogs of second generation dendrimer were synthesized and characterized. Normal polyether dendrimers can be replaced by other branched structures with similar physical properties. Incorporation of fluorinated chains enhance the hydrophobicity of the dendrimer.
