Abstract

Herein we describe recent achievements in the synthesis and multipurpose analysis of multiwalled boron nitride nanotubes prepared at high-yield at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Tsukuba. The latest results with respect to novel BN nanotube-containing polymeric composites and electromechanical property measurements on individual BN nanotubes are presented.
