N2 - Experiments are performed to study the law of reactions among key components in FCC gasoline,which is aiming at solve the problems in alkylation desulfurization and olefins reduction of FCC gasoline catalyzed over macroporous sulfonic resins.Experiment results show that Amberlyst 36 exhibits the best catalysis efficiency among NKC-9,D005-Ⅱ,Amberlyst 35 and Amberlyst 36,and the best reaction temperature is at 90℃.The reaction activity of olefins ranks from high to low as follows:isoamylene,2,3-dimethyl-2-butene,2,3-dimethyl-1-butylene,2-pentene,1-pentene and 1-hexene when they react with sulfur-containing compounds through catalysis of Amberlyst 36.The reaction activity sequence of sulfur-containing compounds is propanethiol>3-methylthiophene>thiophene.Under the catalysis of Amberlyst 36,isoamylene,2-pentene and 2,3-dimethyl-2-butene can perform alkylation reaction with isoamyl,bringing about a significant effect to reduce olefin.However,1-pentene,2,3-dimethyl-1-butene or 1-hexene cannot perform such alkylation reaction,but occurs mainly isomerization reaction themselves.
