Abstract

Tendencies of cloud field evolution in the annual cycle have been evaluated from the Main Geophysical Observatory (St. Petersburg), the Russian Hydrometeorological Center (Moscow), the Institute of Numerical Mathematics (Moscow), and the Computing Center (Moscow) GCMs in comparison with observational data. Clouds in different layers were considered as well as total cloudiness. Sources of differences were analyzed.
