Abstract

Hole-only, PEDOT:PSS-containing LUMATION Blue 1300 based polymer diodes were investigated. Degradation in performance was attributed to a loss of ohmic hole injection from the anode. Strong evidence was achieved for a reduction in the PEDOT:PSS work function.
