Abstract

InGaN Micro LEDs coated with CsPbBr3 perovskite enabled a dual-wavelength VLC system, achieving 600-Mb/s with a low power consumption of ∼3.4pJ/bit for blue and 11.1-Mb/s data rates for green lights respectively.
