Main Text: (Cell Systems 5, 168–175; September 27, 2017) Due to an error in Production, in the original version of this Commentary, an inadvertent match between the author-supplied color and standard formatting background color made some cells in Box 2 appear to be empty. The original “websites” column of Box 2 also contained non-functional hyperlinks. Box 2 has been reformatted to correct the color issue and the addresses of the websites have replaced the original hyperlinks. Box 1 has also been reformatted to maintain consistent style throughout the paper. These formatting changes do not affect the content of Box 1. We regret this error and apologize for any confusion the original formatting caused.
