Abstract

The full names of 2F2CNTVT and compound 4 in the original article were not correct, and the correct names are (E)-2,2′-(ethene-1,2-diyl)bis(4-fluorothiophene-3-carbonitrile) and (ethene-1,2-diyl)bis(4-fluoro-5-(triisopropylsilyl)- thiophene-3-carbaldehyde), respectively. The range of gate voltage (VGS) in some transfer characteristics for the plot of transfer curves (drain current IDSvs VGS) was incorrect. The error was generated during merging the transfer curve and IDS1/2vs VGScurve, and the Xaxis range of the two layers was not properly synchronized and caused the mismatch between the two layers in the plot (IDSvs VGSand IDS1/2vs VGS). Because IDS1/2vs VGScurves, which we used to extract mobilities and VTh, were properly plotted, the plotting problem does not affect the accuracy of any parameter values or the conclusions in the article.
