Abstract

We demonstrate a viable approach for ultrabroad-stimulated emission in InAs/InAlGaAs quantumdash laser. This method involves the integration of multiple diodes with respective bandgaps tuned to different energies along a single laser cavity using postgrowth-intermixing process.
