Abstract

The study of the fabrication process of ultrathin Fe nanowires arrays and their magnetic properties was presented. The fabrication procedure was based on the use of anodic porous alumina template for electrodeposition process. The ultrathin nanowires exhibited uniaxial anisotropy with large coercivity and decrease in temperature was observed to increase the saturation field.
