Giant Hall effect in nonmagnetic granular metal films

Abstract

The origin of the ordinary giant Hall effect (GHE) was addressed by studying the nonmagnetic Cu-SiO2 granular system. Three orders of magnitude enhancement in the Hall coefficient was achieved. It was found that the Hall coefficient peak at the quantum percolation threshold.
