Abstract
A joint distribution of wave steepness parameters associated with two successive waves is presented. The wave steepness parameters considered herein are the crest front steepness and the total wave steepness. This joint distribution is represented by a two-dimensional Weibull distribution with the parameters α = 0.6V and β = 1.40. The application of the results is illustrated by an example.
