Abstract
Spin-dependent tunneling magnetoresistance in polycrystalline Fe 3O4 films was discussed. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to image Fe3O4 grains. It was found that the tunneling of spin-polarized electrons across the antiferromagnetic coupled grain boundaries dominates the transport properties of the film.
