title = "Nanostructuration effect on ionic conductivity of zirconia ceramics for IT-SOFC",
abstract = "For pure ionic conductor materials, such as YSZ, the influence of the nanometric grain size on conductivity is still controversial. This work reports the influence of grain size of massive stabilized zirconia ceramics on the electrical properties. Dense and pure cubic zirconia ceramics ranging from 25 to 240 nm and of 93 to 98% of theoretical density were successfully prepared. Impedance spectroscopy measurements were carried out in order to discriminate and describe the conduction and blocking properties of the grains and the grain boundaries of cubic zirconia according to its microstructure. The role of the space-charge layers was highlighted.",
