Abstract

Reflection data are successfully extracted from the Friendswood, Texas crosswell data by a sequence of multichannel processing steps. The data processing consists of tube wave removal by median filtering, bandpass filtering, and f-k filtering for up and down going events in the CSP gathers. The processed crosswell reflections are then used in crosswell reflection migration and waveform inversion.
