Abstract

Holographic tomography (HT) is one of the promising noninvasive quantitative optical phase imaging method, used to obtain the 3D refractive index (RI) distribution of biological samples in their native culture medium. Here, we report changes in the RI after KCl treatment on primary neurons using HT system.
