Abstract

By deep sampling, this study characterized theArabidopsis thaliana proteome landscape in roots, leaves, stems, flowers, and siliques at various stages thoughout the plant's life cycle. Protein co-expression analysis pinpointed tissue- and developmentally specific protein functions. Analysis of proteome remodeling after PAMP treatment uncovered a role of JA metabolism previously not described in the context of biotrophic pathogen resistance.
